Chilly Jilly was created out of a love for classic ice cream parlors, the kind where families linger, kids press their faces to the glass, and every scoop is made with care.
Owned by Kevin Quinn and inspired by his wife, Jill, Chilly Jilly brings an old-school ice cream experience back to downtown Carbondale. Our ice cream is made on-site using quality ingredients, with many sourced locally whenever possible. Through our open kitchen design, you can watch the process happen right from the counter.
With a fun, ‘90s-inspired vibe and a focus on handcrafted hard-pack ice cream, Chilly Jilly is a place to slow down, sit together, and enjoy something simple and sweet.
